Your Guide
I’m Mark Stolow.
Like you, I’ve spent a great deal of energy searching for answers. I’ve devoted my entire life and career to understanding the human experience. I draw inspiration from many sources of deep wisdom and have developed my way of working through continual practice and inquiry. I have formal training in modern psychology and ancient wisdom practices, including somatic, breath and meditative work.
I’ve accompanied clients on a path of discovery for more than 20 years. Together, we explore the art of seeing life with fresh eyes. I call this experience The Shift.
